Welcome to Bella Blanca Events. This Agreement governs the services offered and booking services provided by Bella Blanca Events and your use of those services for event bookings and related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Bella Blanca Events, including but not limited to wedding and reception coordination, event management, and vendor coordination. We may revise these Terms from time to time. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms each time they access the website.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is due at the time of booking with a signed contract to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Balance Payment: 50% of the total balance is due 30 days prior to the event. The remaining 100% of the final payment is due 5 business days prior to the scheduled event, based on the guaranteed number of attendees.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard with a 2% additional processing fee. A copy of valid ID is required for card payments.
Cancellation: If the Client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. In addition to the forfeited deposit, cancellation penalties apply based on the date of cancellation:
In the event of any legal action to enforce collection of cancellation penalties, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
Modifications: Any changes to event details — including guest count, services, or timing — must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event. Changes may be subject to additional fees depending on the nature of the modification.
Force Majeure: Bella Blanca Events shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, accidents, water damage, labor disputes, strikes, pandemics, internet failure, or governmental actions.
Bella Blanca Events services may include, but are not limited to: complete event planning and coordination, venue coordination, and vendor coordination. Specific services will be detailed in the contract or proposal provided to the Client. While we strive to exceed expectations, event execution is subject to circumstances including guest behavior, vendor performance, and factors outside our direct control.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bella Blanca Events, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from or related to the Client's event, including injury to guests or damage to or loss of property.
Limitation of Liability: Bella Blanca Events' total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client under the applicable contract. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Bella Blanca Events values your privacy. All information provided to us will be kept confidential and used solely to facilitate event services. We will not share or sell your personal information to any third party without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Media Release: By engaging our services, the Client grants Bella Blanca Events permission to use photos, videos, or other event media for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising materials. Clients who wish to opt out must notify us in writing prior to the event date.
Copyright: All personal and proprietary materials provided by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client. Creative content produced by Bella Blanca Events (including graphics, designs, and marketing materials) remains the property of Bella Blanca Events and may be used for promotional purposes.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith informal negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Bella Blanca Events and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
